If a piece is Made to Order it will state this on the product page via a drop down menu. All pieces that don't say Made to Order are available to be shipped or picked up within 1-2 business days.

Made to Order pieces have a 2-3 week production time frame. These pieces are made specifically to your requirements, whether that be ring size, necklace length, metal type and more.

Once you have selected your requirements for the piece in the drop down menu, and placed your order for a Made to Order piece, a member of our team will be in contact with you to let you know an approximate time frame.

NHJC offers complimentary secure shipping on all orders within Australia via Australia Post Platinum Express, personal delivery in the Sydney CBD & Sutherland Shire as well as click & collect from our Sydney Design Gallery. Upon placing your order a member of our team will call you personally within 1 business day to confirm your order and delivery details.

Australia Post Platinum Express Post: Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order (for personalised & custom made pieces please allow up to 4 weeks for production). All orders will be shipped via Platinum Express Post and will need to be signed for. If you are not available to sign at the time of delivery you will be left a card notifying you to collect your order from your local Australia Post. A signature will be required at the time of collection from Australia Post.

For deliveries in the Sydney CBD & Sutherland Shire. A member of our team will personally deliver this to you.

Click & Collect: Your online order can be collected from our Sydney Design Gallery or via the convenience of a Kerbside Pick Up so you dont even have to leave you car. Once your order has been processed our staff will contact you within 24 hours to make a time for collection.

NHJC ready to wear jewellery will be accepted for exchange only, within 14 days of the purchase date. Upon inspection, jewellery will be accepted only if returned unworn, in its original condition. Please call us on +61 2 8033 3917 to arrange an exchange. Return postage via platinum express post is at the customers expense. No exchange or refund is available on custom made or personalised jewellery.

We accept payment via CREDIT CARD (Visa & Mastercard), PAYPAL as well as express checkout options including SHOP PAY, APPLE PAY & G PAY. All prices displayed on our web site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

All orders come with NHJC signature wrapping including a branded matt black box tied with branded black & white ribbon. We will also include a branded gift bag and tag in your order.
